Connect ‘n Reflect
A free monthly gathering to take time for self-connection and reflection.
A lot of what’s happening in the world is designed to create imbalanced, exhausted humans who are out of touch with their deeper truth and discernment. And if you’re caretaking for anyone, it can be all too easy to tend to others’ needs while neglecting your own.
This monthly gathering is intended to slow down, receive support, and attune to your inner voice. One lil’ hour in the big ol’ month - claim it in your calendar, take up space, be self-ful (the sister of selfish). May it help anchor many more moments of self-connection.
-
I need accountability for this, too! I’m exploring “both-and” ways (vs one-or-the-other) of bringing my whole self and my needs as a host and a participant. In hosting, I’ll set sacred space using tools honed over two decades of practicing intuitive reading and energy work. We’ll call in and connect with the collective field of unseen helpers, and rest into these systems of support.
The bulk of the hour will be free to dive inward for your reflection of choice - journal, meditate, move, voicememo, nap, whatevah. The support of the group energy is intended to help harvest self-connection, insight, acceptance, balance - whatever we each choose to call in and align with. There will be time at the end for optional group sharing if you want to express and expand your connection to the social/relational realm.
Each month will feature different tools to help attune to your needs.
These dates are on the cusp of the new moon, intentionally chosen to support turning inward for rest and deep listening.
