Read through the reports before our feedback conversation and bring copies with you to the session.

When reading the reports, you are invited to reflect on the following:

• How does this land for me?

• How does this help me think about the challenges and opportunities I currently face?

• What questions do I have that I want to discuss during the feedback session?

The frameworks the assessment results relate to deal with our unconscious motivations and worldview and can create some discomfort (there’s normally a reason things are unconscious). If it brings up some interesting reactions in you, pay attention to these and try to keep an open, curious mind as you engage with your reports.
